This is a 1970's horse trailer I've converted into a camper. Very similar to a tear-drop trailer. Only beds and an outdoor kitchen area. Has AC, Heat, and a fridge/freezer. It can sleep four quite comfortably. It weighs about 3000 pounds and is a 2" ball hitch. The running lights use the 7 pin connector (round). The electric is a standard 30 amp campground hook-up with standard 110 voltage outlets throughout. The bottom bed is a full futon and there are 2 single cots lofted above it. The cots can be easily removed. Adults would probably be a bit much for the cots. We used it on trips with our two girls (6 and 8). Our 8 year old is starting to get a little cramped. There is a tv, but if the cots are in place the tv is blocked from the bottom bed.
